Whilst we've been waiting for insurance to repair our kitchen we haven't been resting. Our staff has been asked to tell us about their favourite dishes and we've racked our brains for some of the not so common dishes that we have enjoyed over the years. Over the next couple of weeks we will be putting together a new menu which we hope will be ready for Tet, the new lunar year.
